Overview
David Gleason practices primarily in the area of civil litigation and appeals – especially those involving oil and gas matters. His experience includes lease cancellation actions, quiet title actions, unpaid and underpaid royalty claims, surface use disputes, pollution matters, trespass and other tort claims, construction disputes, investment fraud matters, breach of contract, and general business disputes. David has won multiple favorable jury verdicts for clients and successfully obtained several reversals on appeal.
David also has experience in representing clients before Oklahoma state agencies including the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Oklahoma Water Resources Board, and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.
David also advises in clients in transactional matters, probate and trust matters, and renders mineral title opinions.
